Here's the rebirth of the Solex in an electric version, designed by Pininfarina. I belief very strongly in light electric mobility, not so sure if this old/new design mix is so great and is going to be successfull. check out the solex site for images (image courtesy solex).

Yes this is very nice but let us be realistic the range is quite limited, it takes a long time to recharge,and then you must repurchase another battery which is expensive and toxic for our green environment. I personally will stick with the original velosolex which I found on www.velosolexamerica.com
