the New Museum on the Bowery in NYC is just mega cool I think. I love the contrast between the rough downtown look of the Bowery buidling and then this white block in between. check out the calendar of exhibitions on their site.

I don't care for it, but then I am opposed to museums in general, and I really do not understand the point of building these abstract monstrosities. The buildings on either side, I can understand. They are used by people to do things. The one in the center, I just don't get it.
